On Monday, an insider told TMZ that the couple received an invitation to the star-studded night out, but had to decline due to their work schedules.
With the end of the Eras Tour and the NFL season, Taylor and Travis are enjoying some time off.
“They’ve been traveling non-stop and really enjoying it,” an insider told People magazine in April.
“They’re making the most of their vacation together. They’re also spending time with friends. It’s a special time for them,” the source added.
The insider also confirmed that the stars are “very serious and compatible. They value the same things. Right now, there’s a lot of focus on private time outside of the spotlight.”
For the uninitiated, the pop sensation, who began dating the NFL star in 2023, hasn’t attended the Met Gala since 2016.
