Initially, Sanjay Dutt’s full name also included his father’s name, and so he was named Sanjay Balram Dutt, but later, he removed his father’s name from his name and started being called Sanjay Dutt, and now everyone knows him with the same name.

The parents were looking forward to the movie’s release, but Nargis, Sanjay’s mother, died of Cancer before the premiere.
