Sadie Sink Opens Up About Her New Broadway Role. John Proctor Is the Villain is a new drama that Sadie Sink has been working on.
But despite leading the show, she said there are “no stars” in the show before adding that she has “learned a lot” from her co-stars.
“It’s so surreal, it’s such an ensemble cast — really. There’s really no stars, and being around everyone in this cast and learning a lot from them, that’s been my biggest benefit so far,” the Stranger Things star told Access Hollywood.
The actress plays Shelby in the drama, a high school student who is romantically involved with her teacher.
Elsewhere in the interview, the 23-year-old star said, “I think there was a certain maturity in me that I took on at a young age and I definitely subconsciously bring that to the role of Shelby.”
“My experience was very unconventional, but so was Shelby’s and I’ve found ways to marry the two.”
On last season’s Stranger Things, Sadie previously told THR, “I haven’t seen any of it yet, although I’m very curious. It’s going to be extremely emotional so I’m ready to cry with everyone.”

“I cried so much that my eyes were so swollen – they’ve never been like that before and there are some embarrassing pictures of me with just these giant swollen eyes,” she concluded.
