Jason Biggs Opens Up About the Secret Behind His Impressive Weight Loss. Jason Biggs has broken his silence on his impressive weight loss transformation.
Speaking to Page Six at the City Harvest Gala in New York City on Tuesday, the 46-year-old actor revealed that he worked hard to lose 30 pounds after having some “issues” with his health.
“I had some cholesterol issues,” the American Pie star told the outlet. “Maybe … I’ll get knocked back because of the ice cream pint.”

Jason revealed that he lost the weight after changing his diet and exercise routine.
“It’s been a journey,” the actor said. “My cholesterol went down 70 points.”
Recently, Jason opened up about his battle with alcoholism.
“I’m going to therapy and ‘working on things,’ but in the meantime I’m leaving therapy, just had a good session, and I’m going to the liquor store and buy a fifth of vodka, drink it and then drive home,” he said during an appearance on his wife Jenny Mullen’s All the Feels podcast in March of last year.

He added, “I knew I had figured out a way to waste enough to take myself out of the equation of life, take myself out of the present, I didn’t need to connect in a way that made me feel things.”
