Speaking to PEOPLE magazine, Crystal Terrell shared a behind-the-scenes part of her conversation with Justin Bieber’s wife Hailey outside the celebrity sushi spot, which social media users have been raving about.
When Crystal posted a video of herself meeting Hailey and taking pictures with her, Hailey was heard saying, “I don’t like people touching anyone.” Users picked up on this specific part and started calling Hailey a “mean girl” without knowing the full story.
However, this led to Crystal making a new video and clarifying that the moment happened when the building’s security guard came and tried to stop the photo, putting his arm between Crystal and Hailey. However, Hailey then made this statement regarding the guard.
Reflecting on the incident now, Crystal told the outlet, “I don’t remember what he said at the time; I just froze, and that’s when he spoke and told her everything was okay. Then we proceeded to take a picture.”

Recalling how the video went viral, Crystal said, “I watched it again, and I looked at the caption, and I saw that it had the hashtag ‘Man Girl.’ This person took what Bieber said, changed it, so that you don’t see this guy stopping us that you don’t like it when people put their hands on people.
“That’s when I said, let me make a new video, and hopefully, it will end up on the page for you people who need to see it, who have been misinformed,” she added.
