During the chat, the fashion mogul weighed in on the challenges of being a celebrity.
Zayn Malik’s ex-girlfriend opened up about the public scrutiny she faced in the early years of her career, saying, “I felt like, even when I was trying to wear something casual and go out to get coffee or go to the pharmacy, someone would comment: ‘Why is she wearing that? She looks like a slut, who works too much.'”
The mother-of-one then went into detail about the challenges of rising to fame at a young age and the emotional toll it took on her mental health.

Gigi added, “I’ve been called every name in the book.”
She further recalled, “And so I called my mom one day and I said, ‘Hey, I have to go somewhere.'”
Before closing the topic, Gigi reflected on the lessons she learned from initially putting herself out there too much, saying, “I learned the hard way.”

“There were times in the beginning when I gave too much away,” she commented in closing.
