The Portuguese football legend celebrated Bella’s third birthday and, taking to his official Instagram account, posted a photo of her kissing her on the forehead, with the caption, “¡Feliz día, mi amor! Nuestro amor siempre está contigo. #AngelyBella.”
According to People magazine, the hashtag is a reference to Bella’s late twin brother, Angel.
Bella is the daughter of Ronaldo and his long-term partner, Georgina Rodriguez, whom he has been dating since 2017.
For Bella and Angel, Rodriguez paid his own sweet tribute to his children, uploading a video of the player saying “I love you so much” to Bella, who was wearing a pink tutu.
“My children are 3 years old today I love you with all my heart. This video with dad is one of my favorites, congratulations and thank you so much for choosing me as your mother,” Rodriguez wrote in the video’s caption.
Back in 2022, the couple celebrated the birth of Bella and the death of their twin son, Angel. Cristiano Ronaldo announced:
“It is with great sadness that we have to announce that our child has passed away. This is the greatest sadness that any parent can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and joy. We are all devastated by this loss and we ask for privacy during this difficult time.
