According to the Daily Mail, the 52-year-old actor, who shares three children with his ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, was caught smoking a cigarette.
This happened when the Accountant 2 star and his child stopped by Ikea in Burbank, California, wearing casual clothes.
Ben wore a blue button-down shirt, light jeans and a bomber jacket over it while Samuel wore a black T-shirt with gray sweatpants, a pair of sneakers.
The outing comes amid Ben’s clash with JLo over how to sell their $68-million residence, a mansion in Beverly Hills.
The two, who have been married for just two years, listed the property last July but have yet to find a buyer.
According to TMZ, sources reported that the Gone Girl star wants to lower the listing price but the Get on the Floor crooner doesn’t.
While an insider told Us Weekly, “Jennifer thinks she can get more money for the house, so she wants to keep the price the same. But the real estate market isn’t there and it’s not selling.”
“Ben wants to get rid of it because their divorce is finalized and he wants to cut all ties and get it done,” the source added on Ben Affleck’s stance on the scenario.
